Shipping policy
About our deliveries
Orders are supplied by Roladex Industrial Ltd, Unit 8, Old Station Close, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 3FH, United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated.
We supply industrial components from our own stock and from manufacturer or distribution partner stock. Product availability and lead time can therefore vary by item.
Where a longer lead time applies, we will communicate this as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service in writing.
United Kingdom delivery
For eligible UK orders, our standard checkout shipping service is £5.85 and is shown as Shipping 1–3 days.
Large, unusually heavy, palletised, hazardous, restricted or special-handling orders may require a separate freight quotation or alternative delivery arrangement. Where this applies, we will contact the customer before dispatch.
Customers may also arrange collection from our premises where agreed in advance.
International shipping
International checkout is available only for eligible products and destinations.
Unless Roladex Industrial Ltd agrees otherwise in writing, international orders are supplied on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
Estimated international delivery time: 2–5 business days from order.
This is an estimated order-to-delivery window. Customs clearance, security checks, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or requests for additional importer information can extend delivery beyond this estimate.
Under DAP, the recipient is responsible for import clearance and for any import duty, import VAT or sales tax, brokerage, customs-clearance charge and other destination-country fee that may apply.
Roladex Industrial Ltd does not collect these destination charges at checkout unless specifically stated otherwise.
International shipping rates
The following rates apply to eligible standard parcel orders.
Band A — £19.99
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Band B — £24.99
Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Band C — £29.99
Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Slovakia.
Band D — £34.99
Iceland, Cyprus, Malta, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Türkiye and Moldova.
United States & Canada — £34.99
United States and Canada.
Where local-currency checkout is available, the applicable shipping charge may be displayed in the customer's local currency.
The shipping rate displayed at checkout is the applicable website shipping charge for the order and destination at that time.
EORI and importer information
Where an EORI number, importer identification number, tax ID or other customs information is required for the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid details.
Failure to provide required importer information, including an EORI number where applicable, may result in dispatch or customs-clearance delays, requests for additional information, additional charges, or the shipment being held by the carrier or customs authority.
The information supplied must relate to the importing business or recipient and correspond with the delivery details.
Roladex Industrial Ltd or its shipping provider may contact the customer before dispatch if further information is required.
Customs documentation and country of origin
Roladex Industrial Ltd or its shipping provider will prepare available shipment and customs documentation, including a commercial invoice where required.
Customers must promptly provide any information requested for export or import clearance.
Country of origin, commodity classification and other customs information are provided to the best of our knowledge using the product and manufacturer information available at the time of shipment.
International parcel eligibility
Flat-rate international delivery is intended for ordinary parcel-sized industrial components.
A product or order may be excluded from automatic international checkout or require a separate freight quotation if it is heavy, oversized, unusually long, hazardous, restricted, fragile or otherwise unsuitable for the available carrier service.
Examples can include:
- long-length hose or tubing;
- large reels;
- oils and greases;
- aerosols;
- dangerous goods;
- bulky workplace equipment; and
- products requiring special export or import documentation.
If an order cannot be shipped under the selected service, we may offer a revised freight quotation before dispatch.
If the customer does not accept the revised quotation, the affected item or order will be cancelled and refunded.
Transit times and customs delays
Our standard estimated international delivery time is 2–5 business days from order.
Any estimate shown at checkout, on an order confirmation or supplied by our team is an estimate only unless a guaranteed service is expressly agreed.
Customs inspections, security checks, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption and requests for additional importer information can extend delivery beyond the 2–5 business day estimate.
Tracking, addresses and failed delivery
Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
- delivery address;
- business name where applicable;
- contact name;
- telephone number;
- email address; and
- importer identification required for customs clearance.
Additional carrier, customs, return-freight or handling costs caused by incorrect information, failed delivery, refusal to accept the shipment or refusal to complete import clearance may be passed to the customer where permitted by law.
Restricted destinations and products
International orders remain subject to applicable export controls, sanctions, carrier restrictions and destination-country import requirements.
Roladex Industrial Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where shipment would not be lawful, permitted by the carrier, commercially practical or supported by the required documentation.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Import duty, import tax, brokerage and customs-clearance fees paid to a carrier, broker or public authority are separate from Roladex Industrial Ltd shipping charges and are not normally refundable by Roladex Industrial Ltd.
