Description
The V-TUF AG-HYGIENE-KIT02 has been created in response to feedback from frontline industrial cleaners. It’s V-TUF Super Series pump is powered by a 10HP Yanmar Diesel Engine and delivers an optimum cleaning efficiency with a flow rate of 15 litres per minute flow rate at a maximum pressure of 2900 psi (200 Bar).
It is mounted on a robust trolley to maximise portability and stability. The quick-change system enables the operator to set up, shift through the cleaning regimes and pack away with ease and speed.
V-TUF AG-HYGIENE-KIT02 has a long reach extension & storage trolley enabling you to clean a 100-metre range without moving the machine. The quick-change lance & nozzle system enables you to quickly change through:
1) High-Level Cleaning (roofs, rafters, fans, gutters etc.).
2) Medium-Range Cleaning (floors, walls feeders etc.).
3) Close-Range Cleaning (Pans, Hoppers etc.).
4) Turbo Cleaning (High Penetration).
5) Chemical injections and application.
6) Chemical Foaming & Application.
7) High-Pressure Rinse.
The simple tough design and industrial-standard components make the V-TUF AG-HYGIENE-KIT02 very reliable and easy to maintain. Spares and accessories are widely available.
Over specification pumps, lubricated with the unique PRESSURE LUBE 500, run well within their capacity which minimizes the occurrence of premature pump failure.
