Application
Long-term corrosion protection based on zinc for the first layering. For use in steel construction and air conditioning. Repair of welding seams on zinc-plated surfaces, e.g. after welding, drilling or cutting processes. Primer of ferrous metals, when zinc plating cannot be implemented, e.g. for vehicle or boat repairs, in civil and bridge engineering, in tank and overhead line construction, grids, railings and traffic light posts, exhaust systems, gutters. Also as adhesive primer for coating systems.
Properties
Highly effective due to active, cathodic corrosion protection. Wide range of applications as a durable corrosion protection for thermally stressed metal parts. It supplements the zinc plating and forms a rough holding primer for subsequent coats of paint. Also suitable for spot welding. Fast-drying.
