Customers wishing to return goods must notify Roladex within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Certain products — including special-order items, bespoke components, and non-stock manufacturer builds — may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Installed or Used Products

Products that have been installed, modified, or used cannot typically be returned unless confirmed defective.

Warranty

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply. Roladex will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims to support a smooth resolution process.

Damaged Deliveries

Any transit damage or shortages should be reported promptly upon receipt so corrective action can be initiated without delay.
