Application

Air-curing bonded coating on MoS2-basis for dry lubrication of severely stressed machine elements. Lifetime lubrication of metal/metal connections at low to medium revolutions and high stress. Dry lubrication of sliding pairs, in particular at high stress and low sliding speeds, at oscillating movements. Dry lubrication in dusty environment, for avoiding adhesions.

Properties

Permits low friction coefficient even at highest stress. Very thin layers possible. Quick curing at room temperature. Shortens and improves the inlet conditions of bearings, interlocks, and other sliding pairings.
